This is worrying. It will soon be 24 hours since the cash payment was made at the bank and still no email with MRV number. Has anyone else had a problem with receiving the MRV number? I will report back on how this situation is handled for others who might run into the same difficulty. After trying unsuccessfully to work out the problem online I asked for a phone number. A quick conversation cleared up the problem and I was given an appointment date over the phone. The earliest date was the following week.
